MEET YOUR EVERYDAY TOOLKIT

Less busywork.
More room to create.

Anvil Tools brings 20 practical browser tools into one place. Prepare a document, work through a data problem, or polish a draft with clear instructions and results you can check.

WHY WE BUILT ANVIL

Small tasks deserve thoughtful tools.

Useful from the first step. Clear about the result.

A quick file conversion or text check should not require a new desktop application. We bring those recurring jobs together, with focused controls and explanations that help you decide what to do next.

Start with your task

Writers can count and compare drafts. Developers can inspect JSON, decode test tokens, and prepare sample data. Students and small teams can combine PDFs, prepare images, or create a QR code. Browse by category or search the tool library to find a starting point.

Understand what happens to your input

Most tools process text and files on your device. The temporary inbox uses an external email service, and support messages pass through our website and email systems. Local processing still requires downloading the page and its supporting assets. Each tool explains its own behavior.

Review the result

Tools make repetitive work easier, but context still matters. Check page order in a merged PDF, scan a generated QR code, and review a converted dataset before using it. Our guides describe examples, limits, and checks rather than promising a perfect result for every input.

Help us make it better

If a result is confusing or a control does not work, tell us the tool, your browser, and a small example. Replace private information with sample values. You can also suggest a missing feature or point out an explanation that needs correcting.

Editorial & testing

VelloxTech maintains Anvil Tools and its guides. Tool descriptions and articles include AI-assisted writing and editing. We use non-sensitive text, synthetic files, and clearly attributed licensed images for reproducible examples.

Our recorded experiments list the input, browser, test date, observed output, and limitations. Screenshots show actual tool runs. Data transformations are compared with fixed expected values; PDF downloads are reopened to check page count and dimensions. Automated browser and layout checks do not cover every device, document, or external service.

Published guides link to their fixtures and results so you can repeat the checks. Report a correction through the contact page with a small non-sensitive example. Automated checks and AI-assisted inspection do not establish a named human review; we do not invent individual reviewers or claim independent certification.

October 7, 2026 correction: temporary-email tool guidance now emphasizes authorized testing and permitted messages, user-agent samples are identified as fixed parser fixtures, and article review dates are tied to the reviewed content version.

Questions about Anvil Tools

Are the tools free to use?

The public tools currently have no usage fee. Temporary email has service and abuse-prevention limits. No payment details are requested by the public tools.

Is Anvil Tools affiliated with the services it supports?

Anvil Tools is independently operated. Compatibility with a file format, browser, or external service does not imply endorsement or an official partnership.

Can I use the results in my own work?

Check that you have permission to use your source material and that the output meets your requirements. Converting or editing a file does not change its copyright or grant rights to someone else's work.

How can I suggest a correction?

Use the contact form and include the page, the statement or behavior you are reporting, and a reproducible example. We do not need your passwords, live tokens, or private documents.

Do you keep copies of the files I convert?

The browser tools do not upload their input files to our backend or provide a server-side conversion history. Temporary email and support messages work differently; see the privacy policy for those services.

Can I use the tools with a keyboard?

Use Tab to move between controls and Enter or Space to activate buttons and open FAQ answers. The file upload areas also support keyboard selection. If a control is difficult to use with your assistive technology, contact us with the page and the steps that caused the problem.

Why does a tool need JavaScript or an internet connection?

JavaScript runs the interactive tools in your browser. Pages may also need to download libraries or image-processing models before they work. Temporary email and contact submissions need a network connection. Local processing does not mean every tool is available offline.
